I came in for a test drive as I had a short window to purchase my vehicle. I had already done my research on a variety of makes and models and been to several other dealerships. However, Isaac listened and didn't push to sell me a car. Instead, he took the time to show me the vehicles that I had asked to test drive and explained the features of the car along with the benefits of owning a Mazda. Once I got behind the wheel, I knew I had found the perfect car. The driver experience on the Mazda is unmatched! More

Having been to several dealerships recently, these guys are by far are the best experience I’ve had with a dealership since pre-Covid. From the moment I started communicating with them via phone I was trea are by far are the best experience I’ve had with a dealership since pre-Covid. From the moment I started communicating with them via phone I was treated with nothing but genuine kindness and respect. When I entered the store I was instantly welcomed, and sat down to talk about what I was looking for and why I was looking. We must have spent the better part of 45 minutes discussing my needs, reasoning and options. After having gotten to know me, they then were able to pull 2 cars that best fit what I wanted and my budget. Mr. Wine s spent the better part of 7 hours working and negotiating with me. At no point did I ever feel rushed or pressured into a decision I wasn’t comfortable with. The team showed they truly cared about doing what was best for both parties. While I’m truly pleased with my deal and over the moon about my new car, a little part of me was sad to close the deal and end my time with them because they were all so wonderful. Keffer Mazda establishes an amazing relationship with their customers, and I will definitely be using them for all my future car needs. More
