Isaid is our Assistant Sprinter Sales Manager and has several years of automotive experience and has been with Walter's Automotive for several years as well. Isaid is a car and motorcycle enthusiast who spends his off time racing them as well. His other interests are working out, target shooting and following the Pittsburgh Steelers. Give him a week or two of vacation and you would find him on the beaches of Maui. We had a wonderful time while purchasing the sprinter van at Walter's Mercedes. David Alcantar and the Walter’s Mercedes Benz staff was very knowledgeable and patient while taking me and my wife on a test drive of a Sprinter Van. David was responsive to phone/text/emails and very stra very knowledgeable and patient while taking me and my wife on a test drive of a Sprinter Van. David was responsive to phone/text/emails and very straightforward on negotiations and pricing. We really liked the fact they are a Sprinter sales and service center. Their knowledge of Sprinters really showed compared to other dealerships I have dealt with. They also went the extra mile to close the deal literally by delivering the van to my house personally (50 miles away). Thanks David and the Walter’s Autogroup staff. More

Top Notch Dealership! From the moment you arrive to the time you leave, the staff (sales & service) is friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I originally purchased my Mercedes from Walter’s time you leave, the staff (sales & service) is friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I originally purchased my Mercedes from Walter’s and have been getting it serviced there since. Their Service Dept is exceptional! The Service Advisors are always knowledgeable, and informative, especially my advisor Alex Ramirez. I never feel pressured, and I appreciate the recommendations for preventive maintenance. The techs are always meticulous and very thorough with their inspection and work. Will not ever go to another dealership! Keep up the good work Walter’s!
