Worst dealership I ever came across. I bought parts from the parts department that turned out to be wrong. When it came to sending them back they wanted ME to pay for the shipping and they were not refundin the parts department that turned out to be wrong. When it came to sending them back they wanted ME to pay for the shipping and they were not refunding me 100% of what I paid. Makes no sense since it was not my fault. The managers did not want to help and were unresponsive to calls and emails. Never have I had such horrible costumer service. Never will I shop at stingray Chevrolet again. Justin Lawson, Joe Platt and the entire service crew are incredible and the most knowledgeable I have ever encountered. They set the bar for every other dealership. There is a reason we chose Stingray and that I drive halfway across the state to go there, while passing too many Chevrolet dealers to count along the way. Top notch service and dealership run by truly top notch honest people. All the modern facilities, equipment, training and absolute skills and all while remembering what customer service is all about.
