This is the 2nd Honda deal this year I worked on with JD Olivaris and the Valley Honda team. We purchased a 2024 Pilot Elite in April and I was needing a small truck for my upcoming retirement. I purchased a 2023 Ridgeline RTL that was a Valley Honda dealer use only vehicle. It was kept pristine and serviced and had several dealer options on it I would have ordered if I were purchasing a new truck. Very honest dealer that has a huge commitment to the Honda Brand and honoring the Honda True Certified badging for a quality product. Jim Hanahan assisted JD with some of the legwork on evaluating my possible trade in and speeding up the sales process. Stefani Stepanek who we worked with previously in the business office was friendly and very pleasant with the processing of our transaction and payment method. I ran into GM Don Davis who is always roaming the floor making sure customers are well treated and offering a pleasant chat just to make you feel at home in this dealership. The vehicle was superbly detailed and presented just as a brand new vehicle would be along with vehicle operations training. Our daughter and son in law will be looking for a Honda Pilot sometime in 2025 and I will highly recommend they work with JD Olivaris, Justin, Stephanie and the Valley Honda Team. More
