The dealership itself is very nice, with multiple comfortable waiting areas, including a separate room for children, which made the experience even better for our family. Checked out a few different dealerships and Tom gave us the best service. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Including a few regarding the "paddle shifters" which I asked a few oth the best service. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Larry was Very helpful with our Odyssey purchase! I wanted to give 4.5! We were given a great price for our used Odyssey, Larry did everything he could to help us as well. IK in the grand scheme of things its nothing, but sometimes its the "cherry on top" when the customer feels they got something added for "Free". I was quickly provided a 1 page buyers order sheet spelling out all the quotes in the dealer price offer to me. Valley Honda beat every other dealer price I received over the internet. JD kept me informed and the vehicle arrived within the estimated dates given and the customer delivery experience was incredible with the indoor delivery showroom. They allow customers to completely inspect the vehicles and get trained on all the latest features these new cars have. Hats off to the detailers who prepared the car for delivery as it was showroom quality clean! JD arranged getting a few dealer installed accessories installed that we wanted before delivery with no issues as well Mari Frank in the business office was a pleasure and there were no surprises to the final costs or extreme pressure tactics for add on and services.
