He was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle and took the time to ensure we understood all the features, especially the safety aspects that are so important for a new driver. The dealership itself is very nice, with multiple comfortable waiting areas, including a separate room for children, which made the experience even better for our family. Checked out a few different dealerships and Tom gave us the best service. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Including a few regarding the "paddle shifters" which I asked a few oth the best service. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Larry was Very helpful with our Odyssey purchase! I wanted to give 4.5! We were given a great price for our used Odyssey, Larry did everything he could to help us as well.
