The service department has an efficient, courteous, methodically thorough approach to maintenance. All of the people followed this approach. Jack and Travis helped me get a part for me when another Acura shop couldn't, and said it was on backorder that was back on July 14th. They were able to track down the part while I was on the phone and had Acura shop couldn't, and said it was on backorder that was back on July 14th. They were able to track down the part while I was on the phone and had it installed in 2 days. The other shop just called me on August 7th saying they located the part. Best of all it was covered by warranty when the other shop was quoting me a huge price for the part. Going forward I will only go to Jack/Travis for all my service. These guys are honest, fair and have great customer service. More
