The service department has an efficient, courteous, methodically thorough approach to maintenance. All of the people followed this approach. I have an older Acura with multiple issues which took some t methodically thorough approach to maintenance. All of the people followed this approach. I have an older Acura with multiple issues which took some time to resolve. But resolve it they did. The maintenance personnel behind the scenes resolved all of the issues. Jack and Travis helped me get a part for me when another Acura shop couldn't, and said it was on backorder that was back on July 14th. They were able to track down the part while I was on the phone and had Acura shop couldn't, and said it was on backorder that was back on July 14th. They were able to track down the part while I was on the phone and had it installed in 2 days. The other shop just called me on August 7th saying they located the part. Best of all it was covered by warranty when the other shop was quoting me a huge price for the part. Going forward I will only go to Jack/Travis for all my service. These guys are honest, fair and have great customer service. More

The dealership has had a lot of change over the years. They lack the personal touch and some of the people in service are really pushy. It's nice to be working with a service dealer that keeps track of what work you need and will need to have done in these days. I've been dealing with Jack and he was keeping track of the what change keeps track of what work you need and will need to have done in these days. I've been dealing with Jack and he was keeping track of the what changes to the standard maintenance schedule needed to be adjusted in the days where I wasn't putting much mileage on the car and readjusting once I did some road trips.
