For our test Brendan Murphy provided us with a superb buying experience. He was calm, knowledgeable, and best of all, patient with all our questions. For our test drive he let us try out the car without talking much...I believe he was confident enough that the dealership and the car would do the selling. He was right. When we picked up the car it was indistinguishable from a new car...ours is a 2012. We never felt rush at all. Manager Jack Blanchard did the F & I and made us very relaxed. He was thorough and patient. As an FYI, we have a Subaru dealership 10-minutes from our house. We chose to drive the 30-minutes to Quality Subaru because of the welcoming atmosphere and outstanding service. More

Ed in finance took the time to connect and make a personal connection and help ensure i was getting the best coverage for my car and ran over potentials in case of an accident-in extreme detail. He relieved my stress and made signing a painless experience! I've previously been in the Service center with Paul and Britt-both of which were an absolute pleasure to work with and they made sure i was well aware of all the details of my repair before walking out and even gave me a quote.
