Sales Consultant Brendan Murphy was service-oriented and I selected Quality Subaru based on online reviews and availability of the car/trim I wanted. Sales Consultant Brendan Murphy was service-oriented and very knowledgable -- he walked me through the car's features and safety equipment in detail. All of the dealership staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. The car buying process was easy and without pressure. I got a great deal on the car. Highly recommend Quality Subaru. More

Superb buying experience Brendan Murphy provided us with a superb buying experience. He was calm, knowledgeable, and best of all, patient with all our questions. For our test Brendan Murphy provided us with a superb buying experience. He was calm, knowledgeable, and best of all, patient with all our questions. For our test drive he let us try out the car without talking much...I believe he was confident enough that the dealership and the car would do the selling. He was right. When we picked up the car it was indistinguishable from a new car...ours is a 2012. We never felt rush at all. Manager Jack Blanchard did the F & I and made us very relaxed. He was thorough and patient. As an FYI, we have a Subaru dealership 10-minutes from our house. We chose to drive the 30-minutes to Quality Subaru because of the welcoming atmosphere and outstanding service. More

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE IN EVERY WAY I just purchased a brand new 2018 Crosstrek last week. Helena worked with me to figured out exactly what i wanted-she truly cared about my though I just purchased a brand new 2018 Crosstrek last week. Helena worked with me to figured out exactly what i wanted-she truly cared about my thoughts on every feature of the car, down to color and really made the car buying experience a great one! Ed in finance took the time to connect and make a personal connection and help ensure i was getting the best coverage for my car and ran over potentials in case of an accident-in extreme detail. He relieved my stress and made signing a painless experience! I've previously been in the Service center with Paul and Britt-both of which were an absolute pleasure to work with and they made sure i was well aware of all the details of my repair before walking out and even gave me a quote. They are both friendly, personable and more than willing to answer my questions/concerns. They both really took the time to understand my individual needs.
