For our test drive he let us try out the car without talking much...I believe he was confident enough that the dealership and the car would do the selling. He was right. When we picked up the car it was indistinguishable from a new car...ours is a 2012. We never felt rush at all. Manager Jack Blanchard did the F & I and made us very relaxed. He was thorough and patient. As an FYI, we have a Subaru dealership 10-minutes from our house. We chose to drive the 30-minutes to Quality Subaru because of the welcoming atmosphere and outstanding service. More
