Great experience I don't even own a Subaru but came to Quality Subaru looking for a used car for my daughter. I can't say enough about these folks. Both cars I have I don't even own a Subaru but came to Quality Subaru looking for a used car for my daughter. I can't say enough about these folks. Both cars I have bought were in top notch shape and fairly priced. Didn't even see a need to negotiate. Kudos to Chad and Mike for making the buying experience very professional. I will be back. More

Excellent customer service experience. I went to this dealership without the intention of buying a vehicle. I had driven by a Jeep that was in the front and scheduled a test drive, but I wa I went to this dealership without the intention of buying a vehicle. I had driven by a Jeep that was in the front and scheduled a test drive, but I was not expecting such a friendly staff. It was my first experience buying a car, but I was not treated like an adolescent. The gentleman I dealt with (Mike) worked with me to get a good price on the vehicle I was purchasing as well as the one I was trading in. Ed was also excellent and made the process very easy. I drove off the next day with a car I am very happy with! The owner made an effort to meet me face-to-face and offered me coffee and donuts. Lastly, Ann was wonderful and very helpful. More

Get Nick Hammond! I had picked out a Subaru Forester from Quality Subaru's web site and stopped by to check it out. I was greeted by Jack and introduced to Nick. A I had picked out a Subaru Forester from Quality Subaru's web site and stopped by to check it out. I was greeted by Jack and introduced to Nick. A few days before I went to another Subaru dealership and looked at this make and model which was priced higher. No thanks! Nick did a very good job explaining the Forester's mechanicals and features. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. I felt no pressure to buy the car. We closed the deal and I was able to come back later and pick up the car. When I returned to pick up the car, I then met with Ed the finance manager. He was pleasant but I was miffed that at that point in the sales process he brought up service plans which naturally added to the purchase price. This is in addition to negotiating on the Certified Owned Plan with Nick. I felt pressure to decide right there and then. I told Ed it would have been more appropriate for me to discuss this with Nick before I decided to purchase the car. He explained that he had seven salespeople and not all of them could explain it. I told him I felt Nick was very capable of explaining this. He's given me until Monday at noon to decide. Now I'm trying to figure out if I should get the extended service plan and at what level and exactly what is and is not covered. Grrr! Nick went over the operation of the vehicle, set up the radio and synched my phone. He again went over the lights, radio and controls. He was very helpful and I enjoyed dealing with him. I highly recommend Nick-he's a true car "guru"! Now I've got to research the service plans! Bottom line is I'd buy another car from Nick but do prior research so I understand service plans More

Search for Subaru My search started in June, Ralph Aquino was very knowledgeable about all the Subaru's on the lot. Ralph was never pushy and VERY patient. I started looking at new cars to lease but due to credit issues ended up with a used 2010 Outback with very low miles. Ed Chen in the finance office went the extra mile to find a lender willing to finance the car at a payment that worked for me. Rate was very reasonable too. I will definitely return to this dealership for cars in the future and refer friends and family too. More
