They were the most professional, polite and patient team of sales persons, I have ever had to deal with. They went the extra mile to accommodate all of my needs, making me feel extremely comfortable and a valued customer as well. I can’t say enough good things about how well they treated me, especially after having to deal with another dealership that was pushy, condescending and not interested in your business if you were not pursuing the vehicle they tried to force you into purchasing. Without question, the sales team at Jannell Ford car dealership treats its customers with so much respect and professionalism that you can’t help but leave feeling positive and good about the people on their staff and the excellent service they provide. Jannell Ford went above and beyond for us after having an awful experience at another dealership. We were sold a lemon and the dealership that sold it to us refused to help us. Harry was fantastic. He didn’t chase me around the lot when I was browsing for a vehicle which can be extremely annoying. Trading in my used Ford for for a newer model couldn't possibly have been any easier. From beginning with online inquiries up until we drove off the lot everything went quick and smoothly. Jack and Ed were friendly and explained all of my options clearly with out heavy pressure like at every other dealership I've ever dealt with. Jack help explain the new technology and synced my phone to the car for me. Everyone was so nice and accommodating to my three year old and moved things right along. Bill the finance man was very knowledgeable and got us a great interest rate. I'll be doing all my maintenance and business there in the future. Great experience. More
