Excellent service! I brought my 2014 Subaru Outback in for its 30,000 service. I was greeted by Jason Mumma as I drove into the service area. He came to the car to gre I brought my 2014 Subaru Outback in for its 30,000 service. I was greeted by Jason Mumma as I drove into the service area. He came to the car to greet me and then brought me in to review the service I was going to have done. He was very professional, courteous and made me feel at home. I had purchaed my Subaru Outback in August of 2013 in Burlington Vermont. When I moved to Green Valley in late December of 2015 from Vermont I was hoping that I would find the small town level of service I was use to. I have definitely found that at Tucson Subaru. I have dealt with Tucson Subaru who have professionally taken care of my Outback since January of 2016. I highly recommend them to my friends who are looking to join the Subaru Family!!! During my latest visit I was provided with a loaner vehicle since my service was going to take approximately 3.5 to 4 hours, which was fantastic! More

Friendly and helpful We were looking for a new vehicle that had a manual transmission and fun to drive. Jack was able to show us the dealership’s selection of BRZ and WRX We were looking for a new vehicle that had a manual transmission and fun to drive. Jack was able to show us the dealership’s selection of BRZ and WRX STI vehicles in stock but we came back to the only WRX STI 50th Anniversary Edition available on the lot. Price negotiations went as expected but surprisingly with no pressure or guile. Jack helped us obtain a fair price within a reasonable time. Traci helped us fill out our financial paperwork, explained all of the warranty, maintenance, security system, and protective coating offered, and helped us customize the services and programs we wanted. Overall, a very good and pleasant car buying experience. More
