We were there in Saturday late afternoon, and Jack and Louie walked us through every detail, from inspecting vehicles, to fill out all the paper works (including leasing). When we finished, it's already 30 minutes past their office hour, but they didn't seem hurry at all, always took time to explain us everything in detail, made sure that we had everything before we drove our new car home.
