Happy to purchase another Subaru! I went in cold just to speculate on trading in my 2013 Outback. I like to upgrade while my old vehicle still has plenty of value. I had always had good experiences with both my car and my dealership there. I was pleased with the amount of attention without pressure I received. I was greeted by Jack McVey of the sales team. He answered my questions, and was very knowledgeable of all the new features, upgrades and safety concerns of the 2018 models. I realized how much these would improve my driving experience; and I have to say, I am extremely pleased with my new Outback Limited. It has been an easy learning curve, and I am happy to have all the "bells & whistles" this time around. I deserve the best, and I feel I got it!!! More

Very good experience I'm very happy with the way this hole buying/ leasing experience deal was done. At first we thought that the salesman didn't know much about the feat I'm very happy with the way this hole buying/ leasing experience deal was done. At first we thought that the salesman didn't know much about the features of the car we were interested on, but we were wrong. He did a good job showing us all the whistles and bells our new 2018 WRX STI had. His personality and willingness to help us clarify all our questions were the factors that make us decided to close the deal. Thanks Mr. Jack McVey, you really did a good job. The financial part of the deal was pretty straight forward and fast. Ms Jennifer Duran managed this part of the process in a very professional and courteous way, not to mention that everything was really easy and fast. In general, I'm impressed with how easy and fast was for me to get a new car in this dealership. Past experiences were never this easy and fast. The only thing that was a little disappointing to us was The fact that after everything was already done, the manager never came to us to congratulate nor to thank us for our business. That should definitely need to be addressed. That make us feel like our buy wasn't important for him... But hey, at the end, who cares, I ended up really happy with my new car... More
