The staff is great. Service not so much. My 2006 Kia was there for 54 days waiting for a tire pressure sensor. I got tired of waiting and picked up car 6/8/20 drove it to Nolan tire across the street to fi there for 54 days waiting for a tire pressure sensor. I got tired of waiting and picked up car 6/8/20 drove it to Nolan tire across the street to find out my lug nuts on both rear tires were only hand tightened. Very dangerous. Nolan put all four sensors in. Planning to sell Kia and buy new vehicle but not at Weston. More

Brought my pickup in to get fixed and communication was friendly but somewhat lacking. It was difficult to get a straight answer on when it was going to be fixed. They did give me a rental pickup and one p friendly but somewhat lacking. It was difficult to get a straight answer on when it was going to be fixed. They did give me a rental pickup and one point put me in a hotel for the night. I ended up trading that pickup in for a Kia. I feel the salesmen tried to slide in a 700 dollar charge that was totally not necessary. I didn’t like this. More
