I am very I am very displeased at the qiestionable tactics and lack of support that I got when having to replace the engine in my Kia Sportage it only 72,000 miles, had I been told at the time when I tactics and lack of support that I got when having to replace the engine in my Kia Sportage it only 72,000 miles, had I been told at the time when I declined the absorbitant service prices that if I had replaced my own spark plugs it would void the warranty as I said I was going to do when I decline the service I would have begrudgingly paid the $300 to you have the spark plugs replaced. After 30 years of buying from the Weston familey I will not spend one more dollar at Weston for anything again, nor will any of my family that has purchased cars for the last 30 years be doing any more business with Weston which is unfortunate because in the last 5 years we have bought four brand new cars we will give our business to other people who actually care for their customers. Aside from the service advisor who is put in an awkward position jogging between the service manager who never returned any of my calls along with the general manager of the Kia store I am completely dissatisfied. More

This is the worst dealership I have ever had to deal with. They have sold me a car for 60,000 and it has been towed in twice with 7000 miles. They say nothing is wrong.......yet it wouldn’t run?
