At the time of purchasing my car I received 2 free oil changes. I came in to get my oil changed with an apt and it took over an hour. This should not have been the case with an apt. I had to ask 3 times f changes. I came in to get my oil changed with an apt and it took over an hour. This should not have been the case with an apt. I had to ask 3 times for my brake light to be replaced. And I had multiple people asking me if I wanted the air filters changed without including a price quote. I think it's a little pathetic when a free oil change comes out to $83. I was very disappointed in the service, even more so because it was so good when buying the car. On top of all that when being checked out the girl was unaware that my brake light had been fixed and told me I would need to come back to get that done. It seem there is a big problem with communication between coworkers and with customers. More

I called on Dec 23 hoping to get in to have my heater fixed on the day before Christmas. They told me to come in at 8. We bought a new Kia Optima PHEV in 2008. Our experience with Weston has been nothing short of excellent. Joe Longwell was our sales rep. After an exhaustive search of several different brands of cars over with Weston has been nothing short of excellent. Joe Longwell was our sales rep. After an exhaustive search of several different brands of cars over several dealerships around the Portland area for the car we wanted, Joe put together exactly what we needed. He walked us through the process of the sale, found the car and had it brought to Weston Kia. He then spent at least an hour teaching us about our new car, and sent us home with his contact info. We called several times with newbie questions which he responded to immediately and graciously. Joe also continues to check in on us via text about four times per year to let us know he’s there if we need him. Recently, the electrical software system had some problems. We took it into Weston for repair. It was all completely covered and they sent us home with an Enterprise rental car. Two days later our car was fixed. Integrity and car dealerships are not often found together, but at Weston Kia, they make a perfect pair. Thanks for the opportunity to share our experience. More
