Made an online appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and arrived a little early, they took my truck 15 minutes before my scheduled time and got me back on the road 15 minutes earlier than I pla rotation and arrived a little early, they took my truck 15 minutes before my scheduled time and got me back on the road 15 minutes earlier than I planned!!!! The experience was better than I expected. Pam the cashier was the one that stuck out the most, her customer service skills were impeccable, and her attention to detail was astonishing. Very professional, however very, very, very disappointed. Had tires rotated and the now my tire pressure monitor needs to be replaced. It worked fine prior to the service.
