Jae Lee is excellent to work with. He offered me a new loaner car while my transmission was being replaced under warranty. During my use of the rental, a pebble flew up on the freeway unexpectedly and cr loaner car while my transmission was being replaced under warranty. During my use of the rental, a pebble flew up on the freeway unexpectedly and cracked the windshield. I was so upset and in tears, Jae Lee calmed me nerves, took charge and worked everything out with my insurance company. I purchased my car at Glendora and will never go back there again because of their poor customer service. Jae Lee was referred to me by Hyundai Corporate when my turbo went out on my car and needed replaced when Glendora told me nothing was wrong after countless visits. Jae Lee was friendly, fast and thorough in resolving my issue. Because of Jae Lee, I will make the drive and only use Puente Hills because of Jae Lee's excellent customer service! More

Terrible experience every time I go here! Very slow service. It seems as if every employee is trying to make your day bad. They obviously don’t want to work there. They’ve damaged my car and never made service. It seems as if every employee is trying to make your day bad. They obviously don’t want to work there. They’ve damaged my car and never made it right. They try to sell you on services you don’t need and they give you a hard time if you do something as simple as get an oil change somewhere that’s not them. I do not recommend this place at all! My car is at 77,000 miles and it’s already burning oil I took it in to fix the problem they told me I need to come back every 1000 miles to do an “oil consumption test” I come back the first time and they told me we don’t do it like that anymore so you’re going to have to come back another day to do “the new oil consumption test” IF I get a approved by Hyundai. So I had to leave that’s already an oil change of around $40 down the drain. Take it back to try and get approved get told I have to leave the car there. It’s there 1 day and I get a call telling me I’m going to have to pay for another oil change and some other parts that come out to around $140. I tell them to do the work and I’ll wait for a call for when it’s done. That happened Friday. I wait and call Saturday. They tell me that I’m going to have to wait till Monday because the service tech I’m working with isn’t there… why can’t someone else take care of this?! I’m out a car for 3 days. I call Monday and my “tech” isn’t there again. So I ask if the car is done cause I need my car! I can’t wait for this tech to decide to come to work. It is done and has been done since Saturday…. Why wasn’t I contacted!? I come to pick it up and everyone is sitting there trying to not make eye contact with me because I’m guessing they don’t want to do any work. I finally have my car back and it’s somehow dirtier than it was when I dropped it off… now I have to take it back in 30 days to, I’m sure, go through this same terrible process all over again. All this to just see if my car is actually burning oil. This is such a ridiculous process and a waist of time. Why say you have a 100,000 mile warranty if you’re going to put me through all this. I’m really hoping Hyundai makes it right. I’m still paying off this car so I’m kinda stuck with them for now. More
