Scheduled me for two recalls and didn't have the parts for one of them? Like we have all the time in the world to keep coming back .Get you act together. From start to end was seamless. Right on time for my appointment and waiting area was clean and spacious. When my car was ready Jae came and escorted me to my car outside. I have had the worst experience with your service Dept. and some company you hire to harass your customers about service Appt. I know when to bring my car in and don't need countless emails and mailers. Wh and some company you hire to harass your customers about service Appt. I know when to bring my car in and don't need countless emails and mailers. When I called to complain some idiot gets in an argument with me instead of trying to help and upsets me more. When I called in for the service Appt. Some cashier named Rosie refused to tell me her name saying she didn't have to give it to me. I only asked for standard info. to prove I set the Appt. Another time a couple of years back I asked a service person about the cost of a basic oil change in the $50.00 range and he said you didn't have one? I was trying to get a basic oil change not the $145- $ 300.00. We end up in an argument that you had to have a lower cost which is posted in every other dealer besides yours .A service rep named Jae has helped me twice in these conflicts. He took over for the guy who wouldn't tell me the cost of a basic oil change and he took my recent Appt. When your rude cashier was so confrontational over a simple question. I despise Puente Hills Hyundai Service Dept. I am 71 years old and have dealt with dozens of dealers in my lifetime. Currently I also have a Chevy and had zero problems with MK Smith in Chino. I have recently had a Kia from Rio Rancho with Art in Service. A great guy;zero problems. Puente Hills Ford with Oscar, Ramon and Servando. Superior service; Zero problems. I can hardly deal with your people without a nasty experience. Only Jae deserves a positive word from me as he listens and tries to help me without issues. I cringe when I think of bringing my Elantra and Kona in or even calling for an Appt. I have thought about going to another Hyundai dealer even if it is not where I got the cars and even if it is a further drive.Just to avoid these unhappy caustic people who are not friendly or helpful.Yassar should know about these people and how they treat your customers. More
