The service and parts department have always been helpful and kind with one exception. When we purchased our vehicle we were upsold on the coating “detail”, and that as long as we’d bring it in once every si and kind with one exception. Well we went on a long vacation and came back a couple of weeks over. Puente Hills says they won’t do it now. That’s $2k on our sticker price that just doesn’t go towards anything. More
