I drive from LAX for the service and I have never experienced such rude service before. On 3.8.2023 I met Jae M. Lee and he was very rude. I was explaining what I was there for. He kept telling me th experienced such rude service before. On 3.8.2023 I met Jae M. Lee and he was very rude. I was explaining what I was there for. He kept telling me that since I did not have an appointment he would see what they can do. I explained that I was waiting for over an hour and got there early and that is why I was the first person to be seen that morning. He kept reacting since I did not have an appointment he was not sure what could be done so I was getting frustrated because I have never been told this or treated like this. He then told me to go get done coffee and relax. I got so upset that I asked to deal with another person in service. He had no right to speak to me that way. The other service advisor made things better and I left with a better feeling for this service place. I will continue to drive this far to service my car because I won’t hold one bad experience after going here for over two years. More

The customer service reps in the service center were helpful. My primary complaint is that there is very limited service for tires and it makes the roadside assistance much less helpful. I have to pay f helpful. My primary complaint is that there is very limited service for tires and it makes the roadside assistance much less helpful. I have to pay for AAA still because of the limited ability at Hyundai to patch tires. When I used my Hyundai Roadside Assistance for the first time, they re-filled a tire that had a hole in it. It went flat again within a few hours, and I had to have it re-towed to America's Tire, where they identified the problem and patched it within 30 minutes. The sales department misrepresented the usefulness of hyundais roadside assistance. Additionally, I've had multiple issues with the sales department. They misrepresented the partnership program with Electrify America, and have not responded to my email or in-person request to be contacted by the manager. This is frustrating and unethical. More
