Impossible to get a service rep on phone and returning calls are rare. Service rep was very attentive when up-selling repairs and services but not so much on recall work. The waiting time before anyone ev calls are rare. Service rep was very attentive when up-selling repairs and services but not so much on recall work. The waiting time before anyone even acknowledges you is ridiculous, once you are told the car is ready, there is another long wait. The worse part is the the service reps contradict each other on recommended service! Who do you trust. More
