In the past I would just walk-in without an appt to get the oil changed. But since COVID that has been impossible. That being said I made an appointment for 7:30 am, arriving at 7:15 and waited for the s the oil changed. But since COVID that has been impossible. That being said I made an appointment for 7:30 am, arriving at 7:15 and waited for the shop to open. Did not get checked in with my service person until a little after 8:00am. Then was told my service was to take approximately 2 hours to complete. Finally paid my bill to leave about 10:30-10:45, then waited some more for them to run it through the wash and bring it around to me. Not sure if it’s a scheduling issue or if the customer service is just that lacking, hopefully you check into the problem. Cause if it’s happening to one customer it is happening to others. More
