The customer service and repair of my 2024 X3 at BMW of Darien was superb. I had a punctured run flat tire. They said I could bring the car right in, the exact tire was in stock and my car was returned to Darien was superb. I had a punctured run flat tire. The service department runs well because of Jamie. I received incorrect information because he wasn’t there. The sales people are rated very low in my opinion. They are not accommodating and difficult I received incorrect information because he wasn’t there. The sales people are rated very low in my opinion. They made this so easy for a 86yr old woman. The man that picked up car here was so very kind and considerate. 8am was time and 8am he arrived.
