The salesman, Al Hussain, was awesome. Very knowledgeable and helpful. This is my 3td car with him. One thing I did not like was being told that Al would gather all my financial information on the sales f and helpful. This is my 3td car with him. My experience with Al is always excellent. He is always professional and personable. This is my 3rd car with Al as my salesman. I highly.recommend him to anyone looking for a Toyota. I do not like w professional and personable. This is my 3rd car with Al as my salesman. I highly.recommend him to anyone looking for a Toyota. I do not like working with Goran He is very condescending, bordering on rude. He is extremely pushy and does not listen to what the customer is saying. Another issue I had this time, was the finance person having Al, who is a salesman, to do my financial information at his desk in the open showroom. This information is extremely private and I believe having me share things such as my social security number, financial data, etc., is against the privacy act. This information should only be given to the financial person in a private office. I expect my salesman to do just that - show me vehicles, explain their features and help me determine the best fit for me. He should not be doing financial functions or taking off and putting on license plates. This is not anything against Al, but against the current policy of Toyota. More
