Thanks again Jamal! This was the second time I purchase a vehicle from Rick Case Kia in Sunrise FL. From a past great experience I went in asking for Jamal by name. Gla This was the second time I purchase a vehicle from Rick Case Kia in Sunrise FL. From a past great experience I went in asking for Jamal by name. Glad to know he was still there. Although he was now in a different department he still made sure he was with us the entire step of the way. We are very impressed by his honesty and such inviting spirit. Buying a New Car Frank Martinez, Anthony Larson and Jamal Sheikha are top notch. I came in to buy a new car and was very unsure of exactly what I wanted. Frank was ext Frank Martinez, Anthony Larson and Jamal Sheikha are top notch. I came in to buy a new car and was very unsure of exactly what I wanted. Frank was extremely patient and listen to my wants and suggested different cars. Anthony was just as helpful. Patient and not in the least bit pushy. When it was time for the finance part Jamal was great and explained everything I needed to know. I am extremely pleased with the service I got and the outcome of the day. I left the dealership with a new Soul and without having any questions unanswered. I hope that the "powers that be" recognize their employees as hard workers and people that actually care and are #1. I will definitely come back to Rick Case Kia and recommend them to family and friends. Thanks Guys Mark Paynter More
