Every single person from my Salesman James on upward to managers like Caleb and DeVonte were professi years of living and I have bought several cars! Every single person from my Salesman James on upward to managers like Caleb and DeVonte were professional, courteous, respectful of my time and space to be able to determine whether I wanted to make a purchase. No one was pushy and from the time my family and I hit the door, we were welcomed and given extraordinary customer service! Additionally, the dealership itself is modern and immaculately clean. We felt at home there...like we were with family we've known forever. They were honest and transparent every step of my car buying experience which is very important to me. The process was smooth and timely. There's so much more that I can say about the Jerry Ulm dealership in Tampa and its' employees, but I have to digress. If you are interested purchasing a car, please don't walk but run to this dealer. I was working with this dealership to purchase a 2026 Ram 3500. I was insistent that the agreed upon out-the-door price and finance terms was approved prior to me making the three hour trip from Vero Beach 3500. I was insistent that the agreed upon out-the-door price and finance terms was approved prior to me making the three hour trip from Vero Beach to pick up the vehicle. The dealership assured me the deal was on and I made the trip to Tampa. Then came the old switch-a-roo. The vehicle we were dealing with had a safety recall, and they had two of the same trucks to switch it out with. Little did I know they would increase the price of the truck by $1000, decrease the discounts by $1000, "rip" my trade-in by $1000 and increase the down payment by $1700. They wasted my time, patience and $150 in diesel for the cross state trip. I am beyond disappointed with Jerry Ulm CDJR, and they've lost a 20 year Mopar customer. More
