I brought my BMW in for an oil change. It was recommended I replace the cabin air filters and perform complete vehicle check service by service advisor Joel. If not performing theses serv It was recommended I replace the cabin air filters and perform complete vehicle check service by service advisor Joel. If not performing theses services they could not reset my service soon light on my car. I was charged $220 for the cabin air filter replacement service . I mentioned I had not driven the car much and didn’t think it was necessary and asked to keep the old filters. Turns out the old filters (given to me) were pristine and did not need be replaced (at least 95 % life left). A good service technician would have said not necessary and saved me the $220. I don’t know what complete vehicle check service was as it was not completely explained to me but I wanted the service light off so I did it. That cost me $246.18. I went in for an oil change and left with $602.94 charged on my AMEX. First Time not a happy customer! May have to go elsewhere for future service needs, More
