I like this dealership a lot and they repaired my car, which I am happy about. I bought my Buick Encore at Scranton and am happy with the car The only part that I am unhappy with is paying $212 for th which I am happy about. I bought my Buick Encore at Scranton and am happy with the car The only part that I am unhappy with is paying $212 for the diagnostic test. The diagnostic test should have been refunded when I paid $2500 for the repair. Also, I told you all what the problem was by name, turbo, when I called for the appointment and dropped the car off. I’ve been told that the turbocharger is a known problem in GM cars over 70k miles and the repair is covered in other models. Yet I still paid $212 for a diagnostic test. Do you see my point? Would you be happy about paying for this service? More

James and Brendan were OUTSTANDING! !! Very helpful and stayed in communication with my vehicle at all times. Would def go back even being an hour away just from the customer service ski !!
