When we bought the car which by the way was everything that I had been looking for over the past 8 months right down to the interior color, I was thrilled. Our plan was to give the other car to my son at Christmas instead of trading it in. As it was so close to Christmas I was not able to find a big red bow to put on the car for my son but Christine stepped up and offered to give us her own special big red velvet bow that she prized and uses when her clients buy a new vehicle to take a picture with their new Lincoln. It looked amazing on the car we gave to my son on Christmas day it made all the difference for us. She saved the day and wouldn't hear of letting me pay for it. She went way above and beyond the call of a great sales person. I love my new Aviator, it rides like a dream and looks pretty awesome as well. Thank you Christine!
