Taillights fixed! James was very helpful when my tail lights and plate lights all went out. I drive to work at 3-4am every day, and needed a really quick fix. I made a same-day appointment, went to the dealer, and didn't have to wait long before they fixed a blown fuse and replaced one blown tail light. They didn't have the plate light fixture which was broken, but they ordered it and I went back the next day with absolutely no hassle and James fixed it in about 2 minutes. If I were more car savvy, I could've fixed this myself for less cost, but seeing as I needed to fix it as fast as possible and it could have been a more serious electrical issue, it was worth it to pay for the labor. More

Exceeded my high expectations! I drove out of my way to take advantage of the service coupon that was offered. It was my first time here for service, although I have owned 4 differe I drove out of my way to take advantage of the service coupon that was offered. It was my first time here for service, although I have owned 4 different Honda vehicles in the past 7 years. The coupon got me to come to Dover Honda where I saw first hand the professional service I expected, but the treatment I received as a customer will get me to return! Absolutely exceeded my high expectations!! All associates were friendly and engaging. The facility is top notch. I felt like a welcome guest in the house of Dover Honda. More

First service here and couldn't be happier We recently purchased a car here and this was our first service, after years of being loyal customers at another local (different make) dealer, we thi We recently purchased a car here and this was our first service, after years of being loyal customers at another local (different make) dealer, we think we are sure what our next 2nd vehicle will be. If this experience is any indication of how customers are treated during service (where most money/profit is made) then we were sold. The friendliness, professionalism, competitive pricing, lack of the all to present 'up sell', treatment of our vehicle, waiting area, and even the deal we saw on tires posted drew us in. James was beyond quick, efficient and very willing to listen and take the time to explain the service department to us, listen to our issues over the years with our last dealer choice of 13 years, and why we might choose them over any other. We are very brand loyal vehicle owners, and I think Dover Honda may have us as customers for a long time to come for all our vehicle needs. More

We used to live over near Rockingham/salem so we have always bought cars over there and serviced the vehicles at Dover. After our experience last summer and my recent visit to Dover honda (I started to lol at cars) we will never go back to Rockingham/Salem to purchase another car. More
