Doug, while I appreciate your response the entire process and experience at your dealership has been completely frustrating. First and foremost the payment information regarding my trade in is my main concern. My vehicle was traded in at the beginning of October. While I understand these things take time I have received no information regarding the check to payoff the vehicle. I am currently still making payments on my trade in which is absolutely ridiculous. Secondly I was told when I was in the process of leasing the truck that a bed cover could be included. I repeatedly asked for the rep to verify with his manager. His manager then came back and told me that it was not possible and that I could rent it for $25 a month. Lastly, as I’m going to pick up my plates I get a call that I still owed money because I was undercharged. How could I possibly be undercharged when I paid the first time? The communication between everyone is lacking. Matt
