When buying a car you always wonder about the dealership and will they help you take care of your car. With Acura of Columbus you can stop worrying. I found myself in a situation where a dealership could and will they help you take care of your car. With Acura of Columbus you can stop worrying. I found myself in a situation where a dealership could have made it hard to get the proper solution. But not Acura of Columbus. Shannon the service manager is a certified master technician. He took the time to ride with me in the car and listen to me. Then he resolved the issue and convinced Acura it was a warranty issue. This could have gone the other way. Friendly and thorough! It so easy and quick to text my issues and get a repair date. Service people are friendly and knowledgeable.
