The service I received at Acura of Dublin has always been excellent and this time it was no different. I went in for brakes, oil change and diagnostic check for preventative maintenance. Everyone was super n excellent and this time it was no different. I went in for brakes, oil change and diagnostic check for preventative maintenance. Everyone was super nice and respectful. The cost of the work I had done was reasonable. I did have trouble with the app so I had to schedule my service by phone. I did have to leave my car overnight because some parts had to be ordered. That was really not an issue for me. However, I would have appreciated better communication in order to make plans to get home. Otherwise, this would’ve been a five star rating. More

Outstanding service! I believed there was an issue with my Acura while I was in Columbus and contacted the service dept asking if they could take a look despite not havin I believed there was an issue with my Acura while I was in Columbus and contacted the service dept asking if they could take a look despite not having an appt since I was a distance from home. They graciously agreed, assessed its operation, and even took the time to walk me through a feature that I misinterpretted as a transmission issue. Outstanding! More
