A Truly Exemplary Experience! I was welcomed as a Family member. No appointment No problem. There is a nail in the right front tire. I was advised very professionally that our BMW I was welcomed as a Family member. No appointment No problem. There is a nail in the right front tire. I was advised very professionally that our BMW is also due for scheduled services that are covered by warranty. The tire is not overpriced, so I decided to replace both front tires. At 37,000 miles rhey are borh almost due for replacement. Thank you to the entire Ferman BMW team! More

Simply the best! He is invisibly good, there when you need him, but steps back when needed. His follow through is amazing! But the greatness does not stop there, Jamie Annese in service is always there when things go wrong, her communication is amazing, always responding promptly, and I feel that she always has my best interest at heart. . This is not a car dealership... to us it is a family, and they treat you that way. More
