Although we ran into some issues with the lease we were still able to find a way to get it done. Janell provided exceptional, professional, honest and friendly service. She made us feel as ease and never made anything seem pushy. Everyone at the dealership was genuinely nice and all seemed like they loved to work there. The dealership was even dog friendly. So our dog got to be a part of the buying process too :) Overall we couldn't have been more happy about the outcome. Thanks for all the hard work Janell! Great experience I had a great buying experience at Tustin Mazda. I had Omar reach out to me really quickly with what Mazda I was looking at, what trim and color I was I had a great buying experience at Tustin Mazda. I had Omar reach out to me really quickly with what Mazda I was looking at, what trim and color I was interested in. He had a similar car waiting for me to test drive at my appointment. I had my test drive with Janell who was very nice and easy to work with. She was able to locate the car with all the things I wanted in it. They didn’t have my car at the Tustin location but they were able to get it to me by the next day and even set me up with a loaner until they brought it to me. I also worked with Debbie in finance who was able to help me get an affordable price for my car. Thanks Omar, Janell and the whole OC Mazda team for helping me get my new Mazda ! Zoom zoom More
