I made an appointment for a test drive and when I arrived the vehicle was waiting for me with the air running. My salesman knew the vehicle inside and out. I fell in love with the safety & technology features and the way the 2019 Atlas drove. My husband was not with me, so I told my salesman (Trey Chapman) I’d talk to my husband and hopefully I’d be back the next day. Trey went the extra mile and made a video of the vehicle I was interested in so I could show my husband; that was definitely a first for me! Needless to say, we both returned the next day and I am now the proud leaser of a 2019 Atlas! More

Caring in my time of need I ended up purchasing a used Tiguan to replace my Jetta which needed an unexpected, expensive repair. I arrived at the dealership frazzled and unprepared for looking into a new car. Everyone that I encountered was very understanding and caring. Jonathan was understanding and honest about what repairing my car would entail. Hakim (sp?) was very personable and gracious in taking me back and forth to attempt a rental car. Jeff was easy to work with and helped make my buying experience an easy one. Larry was helpful with the paperwork both during the sale and when I called back in to finish up a few things afterward. Jared made sure that I was well taken care of as well. I have used Lakeland Volkswagen for years as my new (to me) Tiguan is my 4th VW and I look forward to continuing my relationship with the service department there. More

Unwilling to deal even $1 off listed price If I didn't want the exact used SUV I purchased I would have never dealt with these guys. They wouldn't even take a minute verify and look up a paint code when I called to ask the paint color of the car. The salesman was easy to deal with but his used sales manager seemed unwilling to negotiate and didn't even come out to shake my hand when I drove up to test drive car. Take a pass on this dealership, if you read the "vision statement" that Jared has on the dealer website the realty of my "customer experience" couldn't be farther from their vision. Customer centric they are not. Additionally, I asked the vehicle be detailed prior to shipping and it showed up dirty with water spots and corrosion all over the wheels. Something I specifically asked 3 times to have polished out. Poor follow through. More
