I fell in love with the safety & technology features and the way the 2019 Atlas drove. My husband was not with me, so I told my salesman (Trey Chapman) I’d talk to my husband and hopefully I’d be back the next day. Trey went the extra mile and made a video of the vehicle I was interested in so I could show my husband; that was definitely a first for me! I arrived at the dealership frazzled and unprepared for looking into a new car. Everyone that I encountered was very understanding and caring. Jonathan was understanding and honest about what repairing my car would entail. Hakim (sp?) was very personable and gracious in taking me back and forth to attempt a rental car. Jeff was easy to work with and helped make my buying experience an easy one. Larry was helpful with the paperwork both during the sale and when I called back in to finish up a few things afterward. Jared made sure that I was well taken care of as well. I have used Lakeland Volkswagen for years as my new (to me) Tiguan is my 4th VW and I look forward to continuing my relationship with the service department there. More
