Great experience leasing my first BMW Had an excellent experience leasing a new BMW M235i. Very professional and went out of his way to make me happy. It was raining when I came in to choose between two cars and Nez had both cars sitting side by side in the back showroom so I wouldn’t get wet happy. OUTSTANDING!! I purchased an i8 sight unseen over the internet from BMW of Westlake, OH. Live in Florida, so this was a unique and very new experience. Jerry Mancin I purchased an i8 sight unseen over the internet from BMW of Westlake, OH. Live in Florida, so this was a unique and very new experience. Jerry Mancini was my salesperson. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! From start to finish: knowledgeable, kept in touch (Email and text), and gave me the best price possible. Today Jerry hooked me up with Ian, the i8 Genie--in the past, I've had a Genie, in person at the dealership, guide me through the car I just purchased--Ian took me on a cell-phone guided tour for almost one hour (I was sitting in my i8 in Florida, and he was in the showroom i8 in Ohio!). And, if I have any additional questions (like, hey, I love sports cars but I didn't know how to "plug" this one in!!), I have both Jerry's and Ian's personal cell number. Can't underscore enough what an amazing and personal experience buying this car was--and during the COVID-19 pandemic. Recommend BMW of Westlake without reservations! More
