OUTSTANDING!! I purchased an i8 sight unseen over the internet from BMW of Westlake, OH. Live in Florida, so this was a unique and very new experience. Jerry Mancin I purchased an i8 sight unseen over the internet from BMW of Westlake, OH. Live in Florida, so this was a unique and very new experience. Jerry Mancini was my salesperson. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! From start to finish: knowledgeable, kept in touch (Email and text), and gave me the best price possible. Today Jerry hooked me up with Ian, the i8 Genie--in the past, I've had a Genie, in person at the dealership, guide me through the car I just purchased--Ian took me on a cell-phone guided tour for almost one hour (I was sitting in my i8 in Florida, and he was in the showroom i8 in Ohio!). And, if I have any additional questions (like, hey, I love sports cars but I didn't know how to "plug" this one in!!), I have both Jerry's and Ian's personal cell number. Can't underscore enough what an amazing and personal experience buying this car was--and during the COVID-19 pandemic. Recommend BMW of Westlake without reservations! More

A Pleasant Buying Experience Had a specific vehicle in mind, and BMW of Westlake was the only dealership that had something similar at the time. Scheduled a test drive and was given a great overview of features and solid recommendations on options. Without asking, I was given discounts and promotions on the car. I had to order mine, and it did take 12 weeks, but it had to be built in Germany. On delivery, they had already adjusted down my deal based on the then current incentives. Had the car prepped and ready and walked me through the process. Just a buying pleasure. Great Team, very fair and proactive on pricing and deals. More
