Putrri could not be more accommodating with all of my needs, as I was a victim of the Audi emissions buyback and needed a new reputable diesel vehicle, BMW provided me with a loaner until my new BMW 328d wagon arrived, which I love! Brittaney Quick, in the service department also was very much on top of everything as soon I walked in the door, she was very efficient with whatever I needed. Thank you very a great experience.
