He was a pleasure to work with and is always available for any questions. As for the rest of the dealership, it is kept clean and has all of the comforts you would expect. Putrri could not be more accommodating with all of my needs, as I was a victim of the Audi emissions buyback and needed a new reputable diesel vehicle, BMW provided me with a loaner until my new BMW 328d wagon arrived, which I love!
