Within 24 hours, we got to a mutually agreeable price and I was Stopped in from Pittsburgh as the dealership had the vehicle that I wanted in stock. Within 24 hours, we got to a mutually agreeable price and I was driving back home with my new 2019 X5. The dealership was first class - I was treated with courtesy & respect. Some really good people working there. I bought an x3. Was supposed to pick it up Saturday. Was free Friday and the GM Adam agreed to get paperwork and car prepped that day. Bob the sales manager was very good. So was the finance manager. Dirk the BMW genuis is a great guy - very respectful, knowledable about his product and overall classy. Although John was off that day I could not be more pleased with his service. He's a class act. Patient. Curteous and pleasant. I give him an A+ for his attention. Oh and Carl in service is also very cusomter focused and respectful. This is appreciated. More
