No loaner car is ever available when I do service with you all, I was overcharged $60 at first however that was corrected. The car wash only did the outside of car not one thing done inside, not even on d you all, I was overcharged $60 at first however that was corrected. The car wash only did the outside of car not one thing done inside, not even on driver’s side. Volvo dealership prices are highly inflated and services diminished versus going outside of dealership for oil change and cost of the battery. The very most important thing that I think is utterly ridiculous is that you all charge a 3% fee for using a credit card versus debit. This is 2025, a dealership of your stature should not be nickel and diming and charging a credit card fee. Almost no one does that anymore. That’s just another money grab. Your app is also absolutely horribly, $200 a year and it does absolutely nothing but remote start the car. I will not be renewing your app again. You should take some advice from Mercedes app technology. Your app told me my car was in good shape when the battery was completely dead. There’s no access to oil life, battery life, tire pressure, nothing important. And I have to keep signing in which is irritating when it’s hot out and I want to remote start my car. You seriously need a new company to develop your web app. More

Crest Volvo was able to fit me in for a same day service for my brake pads. Jasmin was also able to get me into a loan vehicle and I mentioned I was interested in purchasing an XC90 so I got that as a loan for my brake pads. Jasmin Umanzor was helpful and understanding when I explained we couldn't pick up my car but until Saturday. She was fast getting the paperwork ready for me. Karen was very nice bringing my car to the front (and also when she picked us up at the dealership on April 25 to take us to the airport). After we left the dealership, I noticed that the driver side visor was falling in front of my face as it was before I brought it over to you to get it repaired. I personally asked Ally to have it fixed. She got in my car and saw the broken visor. It was not fixed. We lived almost 3 hours away from Frisco and it is very difficult for me to organize a trip to Crest Volvo having to leave my car with you to get this issue fixed, after you being aware of it and having plenty of time to take care of it. Yes, I am very disappointed and it's frustrating to drive and constantly have to lift the visor away from my forehead while driving! I do want to know how you're going to resolve this problem. More
