If every dealership worked like Acura Columbus, car buying would be a much better experience. They have a genuinely good culture, no surprises, gouging or taking advantage of shortages. You’ll see a lot of 5-star review for everyone here, and in our experience, they are well deserved. Everyone we interacted with, Antonio our sales consultant, Treg in finance and Jason and Ian who provided updates along the way, were great to work with. We had a previous Acura that we bought used elsewhere but had to take to Acura Columbus for a recall about 10 years ago. The service department was awesome and they helped me with a radio issue and removed locking wheel lugs that I didn’t have the key for at no charge, a different experience than I’ve had anywhere else. I figured that when I was in the market for another vehicle, Acura Columbus was going to be a first stop. 10 years later, we start looking for a new, fancier car. We narrowed down to an Acura RDX or Lexus RX. We stopped in Acura of Columbus first, Antonio gave us an RDX to test drive, which we loved. After a quick discussion and going over the numbers, we ordered one. With pandemic and supply chain issues, I kept an eye on other dealer inventory, everyone else was pricing over MSRP or adding mandatory options. While I can understand this as a short-term thing, any transaction with a dealer doing this would be a one-and-done for me, I’d never go back. Everyone kept us up to date on the build schedule, and the RDX was built on time and delivered when expected. The finance office experience, which is typically frustrating at other dealerships was very easy and non-confrontational with Treg. First off, you can tell that he’s a really genuinely nice guy and second, he’s not under pressure from management to squeeze customers, rather its to build trust and long-term relationships. Clearly everyone here recognizes the value of a customer for life. We are very happy with our purchase and the easiest buying experience we’ve ever had. Looking back 10 years to when I took my beat up TSX in for a recall, the guy in service who took the extra steps to help me out probably didn’t realize that his extra effort would bring me back as a new buyer, but it did. As long as Acura has a vehicle in the type we are looking for in the future. Acura Columbus will be the first stop. More

I started my car purchase research last November test-driving several models at Acura Columbus and ended up putting a deposit on a 2022 TLX with them. The staff worked together to seamlessly keep me updated weekly on my car's build status and delivery timeline. I interacted with at least 5 different people and ALL of them were great to work with. My car was built and delivered in March. Sam McHale handled the final process/paperwork/delivery and did an incredible job. We're very happy with the experience and are loving the car! Considering the stories we've read about car purchases during the current supply-chain situation, we were worried about the process - but Acura Columbus did a great job. Thank you! More

Excellent purchase experience at Acura of Columbus! Staff was friendly and easy to work with. Sales and finance people were helpful and low pressure. Due to shortages, it was a 3 month wait between putting down my deposit and taking delivery, but the car is wonderful and exactly what I wanted. During the wait, they unexpectedly shipped me a tin of chocolate chip cookies! More
