I have never purchased a brand new vehicle before the one a bought from Heiser and anticipated a better experience than the used vehicles I have purchased in the past. That was not the case. I wasnt shown a a bought from Heiser and anticipated a better experience than the used vehicles I have purchased in the past. That was not the case. I wasnt shown any of the new features of the new vehicle. I was just another number and put out the door. I guess I just wanted more of a personalized experience for buying a brand new vehicle. More
