After looking at cars for a year I discovered that the Kia Sorento was the best car for me. Went to Summit place Kia and even with marginal credit Costa Demopolous was able to put us in the car we wanted at a price lower than we expected. It was a low pressure, low stress environment and I will recommend summit place Kia to anyone looking for a quality car. More

Overall great place This was my first experience purchasing a car from a dealership. I did plenty of shopping around online before deciding to check out this location, an This was my first experience purchasing a car from a dealership. I did plenty of shopping around online before deciding to check out this location, and I'm very glad I did. Everyone on the staff I met was very friendly and easy to work with. They gave me a better deal than I was expecting on my trade, and was willing to work to help me finance despite my less that stellar credit. In particular, the sales rep I dealt with the most, Costa Demopoulos, was easy to get along with, and very honest and straightforward. Not at all what I was expecting given the reputation a lot of car dealerships have. All in all, by no fault of the staff, The buying process took quite a bit longer than it should have, as I spent a bit of time wrestling with insurance companies. Costa was very patient and helpful throughout all of that. I came with a used car in mind to purchase, and was expecting to have to fight against the upsell to get the car I wanted, but Costa was more than happy to help me get what I needed within my budget. An over all great experience, I'd recommend this dealership to anyone, and advise they speak with Costa. More
