Mr. Dimola, I’m sorry to hear about your experience, however, I’m confused. The estimate you were provided before the work was completed was $ 380.00 plus tax. Which happens to be exactly what you paid. I understand you are frustrated that the used computer you supplied and was instructed to replace by another shop didn’t solve the problem. This is why we recommended a proper diagnosis in the first place. I’m sorry you feel this way about us, we followed your instructions after you declined our recommendations.
