Mr. Dimola, I’m sorry to hear about your experience, however, I’m confused. The estimate you were provided before the work was completed was $ 380.00 plus tax. Which happens to be exactly what you paid. I understand you are frustrated that the used computer you supplied and was instructed to replace by another shop didn’t solve the problem. This is why we recommended a proper diagnosis in the first place. I’m sorry you feel this way about us, we followed your instructions after you declined our recommendations. my computer was fine the price quoted was for 2 hrs work he never said the price was 380 my honest mechanic did the rest i hope ford wins its new plan to buy pass the dealerships then all be better off with out you
