Jason was excellent, updated me regarding the transportation from the manufacturing plant to the dealership weekly. He also spent time teaching me many of the new features plus set up the Toyota transportation from the manufacturing plant to the dealership weekly. He also spent time teaching me many of the new features plus set up the Toyota website and CarPlay. The only minor negative is it took almost 1 1/2 hours to finalize the purchase paperwork. This needs to be reviewed and improved. I’m very pleased with Heiser and Jason, that’s for sure. More
