Very poor and scary service department. They lost my service papers for days, charged me for services without authorization, and after I paid the cashier they returned the car without completing the req service papers for days, charged me for services without authorization, and after I paid the cashier they returned the car without completing the required services and the service manager’s right hand person actually said the car was fine to drive, which was also unethical and untrue.
