The best car buying experience I've had to date. Every employee we interacted with at Flood was friendly and professional, without any pressure or salesy gimmicks. They worked with my husband and I to get to a monthly payment that was affordable and never once rushed us as we were making our decision. Not to mention how generous and comprehensive their inspection and warranty are for certified pre-owned vehicles. While we were there picking up our new car, we saw the employees entertaining a little boy whose mom was buying a car, letting him use the photocopier and showing him around the building. They even installed his carseat for him. Bottom line: these people are the real deal. You won't regret buying a car from them! More

I can’t say enough about the team at Flood Mazda. I initially looked for a car online and found one that I thought would work for me. I requested information through the Flood web site and Jason sent I initially looked for a car online and found one that I thought would work for me. I requested information through the Flood web site and Jason sent all the information I requested and a follow up message - no pressure, but plenty of ways to get in touch when I was ready. I ended up working with Sam as my salesperson and he was fabulous - patient, helpful, kind, and responsive. Again - no pressure. I definitely felt that his goal was for me to find a car that worked for me, which I did! I financed the car through Flood and worked with Cody, who was patient, organized, meticulous, and thorough.Plus he got me a great interest rate! Buying a car can be overwhelming. I’m grateful to the team at Flood for making it a smooth process and for helping me find a great car at a price that worked for my budget. More
