Found a CPO 2019 CX5 vehicle online and emailed dealership. It was a very good deal so I was skeptical. Jason responded promptly and answered all questions. He then happily did a very entertainin dealership. It was a very good deal so I was skeptical. Jason responded promptly and answered all questions. He then happily did a very entertaining FaceTime walk through of the car with me. We agreed on the final price and he confirmed via email. There were no “surprise” extra dealer fees tacked on or anything like that. I gave Jason a cc to hold the car (said they were gonna run it for $1,000 but actually never did). I flew in a few days later and they had the car ready for a quick test drive. Sam did the test drive and walked me through every detail of the car, knows his stuff. We did the paperwork while the car was detailed and gassed up. In and out in under 90 minutes. We paid cash so it probably went a little quicker versus working through loan paperwork. The sales people (Jason & Sam) and finance officer (Cody) were all very nice and professional. I live in a different state and they couldn’t have been more knowledgeable about out of state purchases. Very pleased from beginning to end. They were supposed to mail the title & paperwork once my “personal check” cleared (yes they accepted a $27k personal check from an out of state buyer!) However, after a few weeks, we never received the title in the mail. So I called Cody and he apologized for slip and had someone express it overnight the next day. All good! More
