My car had check engine light was on so I scheduled a service on 10/12 with Bayside Jeep Jeep said Geico adjuster would come out and Jay assured me he would call me. My adjuster called me on October service on 10/12 with Bayside Jeep Jeep said Geico adjuster would come out and Jay assured me he would call me. My adjuster called me on October 23rd stating check would be issued to Jeep and I was responsible for deductible. I never heard from Jay so I contacted Jay who was busy. The Service girl asked if he could call me back, she took my name and number - i said fine I waited 2 days no one returned my call. Finally, I called back, was on hold for 20 mins, Jay first stated he never got message and he was under the weather. But if my car is in the shop after a week, don’t I deserve a call back. I asked him when my car will be ready, he told me Friday the 27th. He said my car would be ready on Friday @ 5pm. On Friday I got a call to pick up car (Not from Jay but an associate) I left work early to return rental. Mind you, I work in health care and had to get someone to cover my shift. on my way there in traffic, Jay calls me and states they did not receive check from Geico- they cannot release car. Jay stated they don't accept electronic payment and Geico had to send paper check. and if i want my car i have to pay the 6k. the nerve. Can you imagine a dealer telling you that. with no apologies I argued with him. Shouldn't you as a dealership check payment before you call a customer to pick up car, Words were said but there is nothing I can do- I was upset but said fine as they had me in a choke hold – I don’t carry 6k on me every day Since I was 16 I have been driving Jeeps I am m 43. But this dealership only caters to men. Having no respect for single women. I had my insurance adjuster call Jay - then Jay called me back - Telling me - I'm going to compensate you- There is noting I could do so I said fine. The best part - The following Tuesday 10/31 My insurance company calls me and tells me Jeep received check and my car is ready for pick up. Did jay call me – No My insurance company did! Later in the day Jay sent me a text stating in all caps = CHECK RECEIVED _ CAR READY I did not respond. Hours later on Halloween Night he calls me asking if I’m going to pick up my car- I told him I would pick it up in the morning 11/1 The lack of customer service is appalling. I went early on Wednesday to pick up car – Was Jay there no – But there was a big note on my bill asking the service girls to call Jay when a customer picks UP. The service girl calls Jay the morning of - Giggles were whispered on phone and she hangs up with Jay – Obviously they were talking about Me She stated it was nothing but smiles to another girl – I felt so disrespected. No Thank you, or sorry for you inconvenience to anyone in the dealership More

They are very disorganized they tell you to go back in just so that you go back out they don’t send you to the right person who is taking the pain med or setting you up they couldn’t even find me the syst just so that you go back out they don’t send you to the right person who is taking the pain med or setting you up they couldn’t even find me the system for my appointment they don’t pick up the phone they put you on hold just very disorganized and I also had $300 in my wallet which was stolen and clearly it shows that there is no humanity left in this world because they took the money out of my wallet they change the stations that were on the radio for my Sirius FM so they had no respect for my car at all More
