In November 2024, I went to this dealership and purchased a Jeep compass. Great experience. Since then, I’ve gone to the dealership twice (May 2025) and recently (October 2025) for regular maintenance checku a Jeep compass. Great experience. Since then, I’ve gone to the dealership twice (May 2025) and recently (October 2025) for regular maintenance checkups. Once again great experience. The staff is so polite very efficient. Very nice. Definitely trust them with my vehicle and glad to get services from Jeep at Bayside! More

You guys are really really REALLY expensive and a bit doom and gloom with the diagnoses you share with customers. I took the $400 diagnostic hit because the counter rep told me my job would cost $2500 m doom and gloom with the diagnoses you share with customers. I took the $400 diagnostic hit because the counter rep told me my job would cost $2500 minimum to determine what the issue was. I declined and took my car to a reputable shop that determined i needed a water pump and a radiator hose - total cost for parts and labor was $950. Imagine if I would have let you guys not only dismantle my engine, but also have me pay for the privilege. I'd love to rely on the expertise of the dealership, but the cost is extremely prohibitive. Do better, the cars and car notes are already exorbitant. Jay Escobar is cool though, the one highlight. More
